About This Wine
Producer Notes
This Chardonnay, sourced from our 1972 plantings, is fresh and exuberant with both a broad mid-palate and crisp finish. A small portion of the wine was barrel fermented and briefly aged in new large format and older smaller barrels with the remainder of the blend being stainless steel fermented. This imparts a delicate richness to the wine that is balanced by driving acidity and minerality. Exceedingly food-friendly, pair this wine with everything from mild cheeses to seasoned poultry or enjoy on its own.
