About This Wine
Producer Notes
This fresh sake is made from 100% Hida-homare rice, grown specifically for sake production. The nose is elegant with a milky cooked rice fragrance, followed by green bamboo, lime, green apples, unripe passionfruit and white flowers. It has a fresh, smooth sweetness well balanced by its acidity and is distinct because of its use of soft, fresh underground water from Northern Japan. Medium-Dry and Medium-Rich. Produced using "Flower yeast" (Hanakoubo), from the Flower Yeast Association of Tokyo University of Agriculture.
