Critical Acclaim
Fresh and floral but with white pepper and a noticeably assertive smoky minerality. Light-bodied, this shines with silky texture and zesty yet integrated acidity. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
Honeyed florals, candied ginger, hints of fennel and crushed green apples form a spicy and inviting bouquet as the 2023 Etna Bianco opens in the glass. This plays depths of ripe orchard fruit against a core of salty minerals and savory spices as a wave of stimulating acidity completely resets the palate. The 2023 tapers off perfumed and long, leaving a pleasantly sour tinge of citrus that puckers the cheeks.
This crackles with an underpinning of salinity, working with vibrant acidity to buoy a well-meshed profile of apricot tart, persimmon, mandarin orange peel, chamomile and chopped almond flavors. Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico and Insolia. Drink now through 2027. 3,000 cases made, 850 cases imported.
A whiff of lemon oil mixes with sweet mint and crushed rocks as the 2024 Etna Bianco opens in the glass. This is juicy and playful in feel with ripe melon and a cascade of inner florals that swirl throughout. It leaves a salty sensation and nuances of candied citrus on the wickedly fresh finish.

Clean-cut and mineral-driven, this is lightly waxy in texture, with flavors of poached apricot and persimmon gliding across the palate. Accents of chamomile, blanched almond, preserved lemon and thyme play on the mouthwatering finish. Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico and Inzolia. Drink now through 2034. 7,500 cases made, 850 cases imported.
