From vintner Simone Santini, the organic 2022 Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a fresh and vibrant expression of the grape that highlights the variety's tangy green aromas of honeydew melon, green apple and even a hint of tomato leaf. This wine carries more easy-drinking zest and freshness than most. Fruit is selected from across five vineyard sites, and it sees stainless steel only. Production is 50,000 bottles.
