The 2021 Rosso Lacryma Christi de Vesuvio opens with a darkly alluring blend of black currants, crushed stone and Violette pastille. Brisk acidity contrasts the silken textures as the 2021 washes across the palate. Perfumed wild berry fruits cascade throughout. Sweet herbal tones, saline minerals and subtle, grippy tannins linger as the 2021 finishes lightly structured and full of youthful tension. This is a fantastic Lacryma Christi from Terredora.
