The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Single Vineyard is a pure, pristine style that champions its Awatere Valley fruit, making for a greener-edged aromatic expression - think gooseberry, mint and lime leaf. Bright and light-bodied, balanced acidity provides a dart through the wine's core. Even though this underwent four months of bâtonnage, there's no rich creaminess here. This is a clean and cleansing example, classic of the variety and place.<br/><br/>
