Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-garnet in color. Dense and aromatic on the nose, opening with intense notes of blackcurrant, dark plum, graphite, cedar, and crushed sage, complemented by hints of espresso and vanilla. Full-bodied and broad on the palate, featuring deep layers of ripe dark fruit, integrated oak spice, and a firm, fine-grained tannic backbone that lingers into a long, polished finish.

A dense, muscular red, displaying plum, black currant, tobacco, iron and wild herb flavors, supported by broad, ripe tannins. Leaves a juicy feel on the long, oak-tinged aftertaste. Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2026 through 2036. 10,000 cases made, 3,000 cases imported.
This robust red shows nice balance between the black currant, plum, licorice, cedar and spice flavors and the dense matrix of tannins. Bright cassis, ripe blueberries, leaves, mint and leather with savory depth. Full-bodied with lush fruit concentration, weight, velvety tannins and high, refreshing yet integrated acidity. Powerful yet juicy in the finish, but lacks a bit of length. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
