About This Wine
Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color with greenish highlights. The nose opens with intense, fresh aromas of green apple, lime zest, white peach, and jasmine, backed by a striking wet-slate mineral edge. On the palate, it is crisp, taut, and energetic, featuring laser-like acidity driving flavors of lemon curd and tart tree fruit through a bone-dry, mouthwatering, and persistent finish.
Producer Notes
Fermented and aged in neutral French puncheon and barrique. Ambient ferment with stirring monthly. Generous and lively with bright fruit and fresh minerality.
