Producer Notes
A careful selection of the best Garganega and Glera grapes from the northeast of Italy. Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Very fine and fruity, ranging from floral to green apple notes. Persistent, lively and harmonious with a pleasant balanced sweetness. This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and it can be perfectly paired with grilled seafood, sushi and shellfish pasta dishes.
