About This Wine
Tasting Notes
Luminous golden-yellow in color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with expressive floral perfumes and aromas of crisp green apple, white peach, and yellow plum, layered with delicate undertones of toasted brioche, fresh almond, and subtle honeyed spice. On the palate, it is refined, vibrant, and well-balanced, presenting a creamy texture and lively acidity that carries flavors of pear, citrus zest, and baked apple through a long, elegant, and refreshing mineral-driven finish.
