2023 vintage
The 2019 Granite has a relatively full-bodied expression with floral notes and ripe fruit. It's got a hint of spritz on entry adding a touch of vibrancy. Produced from tiny yields (5h l/ha), this is ripe and weighty, no doubt the 13.5% alcohol enriching the sensation of richness and roundness on the mid palate. An atypical Muscadet, but then again, Domaine de I'Ecu is not your average Muscadet producer.
