Vue Sur Mer Rosé is a blend of equal parts Merlot and Cinsault that shows the style of wines from the Cotes de Thau appellation. Here the sandy and clay laden soils result in wines of great character and style. The light pink color of the wine is the result of short skin contact that has not lessened the flavors of strawberry and peach with hints of nectarine and apricot. The finish is light and fruity and quite enticing.
