Sweet on the nose with orange marmalade and vanilla, this single barrel selection is rich on the palate and is full of raisin and cherry flavors. The finish is lingering with a touch of hot pepper; however, it’s not as heavy as we suspected. A nice sipping bourbon for the summertime.
