The 2024 Riesling Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Auslese was made with around a quarter of botrytized fruit. Candied peach and mint take the lead on the gorgeously lifted nose. It has the supple sweetness of candied lemon and stone fruit, with the zestiness characterizing the entire svelte palate with its gorgeous aromatics and tangy intensity. The 2024 is wonderfully pervasive, intense and so totally wonderful and thrilling. (Luscious)

The 2024 Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese is intense and saline on the concentrated nose that shows ripe yellow stone fruit aromas. Lush and savory on the palate, this is a very elegant, rich, round and sweet yet also saline Auslese with texture, grip and tension. This is a classic with a long and stimulating finish. 7% stated alcohol plus 90 grams per liter of residual sugar. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in March 2026.
