Producer Notes
Aged in a variety of older and new barrels, this Chardonnay has a beautiful balance of body and oak with a fresh acidity on the finish. Fresh fruit notes come through on the nose with a slight hint of vanilla on the palate. Pair with creamy pasta, buttery shrimp scampi, and grilled salmon.

Plenty of caramelized pear and yellow apple aromas and a touch of toasty oak make this an appealing, medium-bodied chardonnay. Not so complex in the finish, but the harmony is excellent. Matured in oak casks of which one-eighth were new. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
