Tasting Notes
Pale to medium ruby in color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, opening with vibrant red cherry, crushed raspberry, and red plum reduction complemented by potpourri dried herbs, sweet cinnamon, tangerine peel, and a hint of forest floor mushroom. Medium-bodied and energetic on the palate, it exhibits a bright, mouthwatering natural acidity and supple, velvety tannins supporting a core of red berries and grilled portobello savory weight, concluding with a crisp, mineral-driven finish marked by subtle saline notes and warm baking spices.
