Critical Acclaim

RP 93 Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 2025 vintage Apr 23, 2026

The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is piercing and intense, laden with juicy, sweet lemon, green apple and brine. On the palate, the wine is pure and pristine, focused and saline, with a slew of passion fruit and pineapple husk. The acidity is like a bell tolling on a cold morning. There are some attractive savory elements here too. It's excellent. Whitehaven is a member of the Appellation Marlborough Wine (AMW). 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

SP 90 Wine Spectator 2025 vintage

White pepper, lemon blossom and fresh ginger notes are vibrant and expressive, with a mouthwatering core of lime, pomelo, lemon balm and lemongrass lingering on the finish. Drink now. 919,000 cases made.

JS 90 James Suckling 2025 vintage Sunday, October 5, 2025

This has a clean, mineral nose with fresh limes, green guavas, sliced apples and crushed chalk. Very pretty and balanced with medium body and clean acidity. Flavorful and seductive. Sustainable. Drink now. Screw cap.

SP 89 Wine Spectator 2025 vintage July 2026

Bright and lemony up front, with details of salted and preserved lemon, lime zest, pear and lemongrass flavors, plus a fresh thread of acidity. Details of sweetgrass and lemon balm linger. Drink now. 192,000 cases made, 192,000 cases imported.

WE 88 Wine Enthusiast 2025 vintage

Punchy passionfruit, citrus, grass and herbal aromas are followed by a lightweight palate that's crisp and fruit with a slightly pithy texture and lingering limey finish.
