Sticking with breakfast, there are also glazed doughnuts and maple syrup on pancakes, as well as a drop of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of espresso powder. There are soft, sweet flavors on the palate as well, like milk chocolate and vanilla custard, but also an accompanying bright burst of red fruit and a dash of black pepper. Water coaxes that pepper out even more, but it’s married beautifully with vanilla sweetness.
